To start, go to the Skilling Area, and bring money with you. Trade with Fionella and buy a Chisel.

Lvl 1-20 ---> Sapphires

Lvl 20-40 ---> Emeralds

Lvl 40-60 ---> Rubies

Lvl 60-80 ---> Diamonds

Lvl 80-99 ---> Dragonstone

** Also at level 90 you can cut Onyx Wink
